Bio:
For the past 35 years, Tim Smith has been an entrepreneur, coach and small business owner himself. In 2003, Tim Smith founded Training to YOU, which focuses on employee development training for organizations and certification prep programs for individuals looking to advance their careers. Tim transitioned his career from Professional Golf Instruction to Career Advancement training in 1998. Tim improved the success of golfers throughout Arizona as a PGA Professional by owning and operating his own Golf Instruction company.
With EntreSpirit Business & Life Coaching, Tim now uses his collective expertise, past experiences, and passion for small business to improve the professional and personal lives of small business owners.

EntreSpirit Business & Life Coaching's mission is to serve as a powerful catalyst for business leaders to access their spirit-led leader within so they can experience more growth, freedom and success in business and in life.
What Tim Believes:
Tim believes that all growth, especially extraordinary and sustainable growth, begins from within. It is after expanding awareness and then beliefs regarding what is possible for each person - not what is theoretically possible for everyone - that each individual can fully utilize and achieve his or her potential, and the potential that any course or community offers.
Tim believes that business is a means to an end and is not an end in itself. Therefore, Tim's focus on Extraordinary Success serves the deeper purpose of experiencing an Extraordinary Life. EntreSpirit's focus is on achieving success in business and in life rather than professional success at the expense of personal life.
