What is IFS (Internal Family Systems) Coaching?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an approach to coaching that identifies and addresses multiple parts or families within each leader’s mental system. These parts consist of wounded parts and painful emotions such as fear and shame and parts that try to control and protect the person from the pain of the wounded parts. The parts are often in conflict with each other and with one’s core Spirit-led leader, the place where the leader’s true identity resides with Christ, who has clarity, confidence, compassion, and creativity. IFS focuses on healing the wounded parts and restoring mental balance and harmony by connecting the leader’s Spirit-led identity with the other parts to produce more validation, healing and wholeness. The IFS process can remove barriers and result in more business achievement, peace, joy, and success!
